Sizing Questions

How do I find my size?

Check our size chart on each product page for specific measurements. We recommend measuring your favourite piece at home and comparing it to our charts for the best fit.

What measurements are included in your size charts?

Our size charts include chest/bust width, length, shoulder width, and sleeve length where applicable. All measurements are in centimetres.

Do your items run true to size?

Our fit varies by style:

  • Classic T-Shirt - Runs true to size
  • Prototype T-Shirt - Oversized fit
  • V1 Hoodie - Boxy fit
  • Pump Cover - Oversized and boxy fit
  • Most other pieces - Run true to size

Always check the product description for specific fit notes on each item.

What if I'm between sizes?

Since most of our pieces run oversized, check the specific product's fit guide. For our Classic T-Shirt which runs true to size, we recommend sizing up if you're between sizes and prefer a relaxed fit.

Can I contact you for sizing advice?

Absolutely! Contact us with your measurements and the item you're interested in, and we'll help you find the perfect fit.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Important: Items from our Archive Collection are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a valid sizing issue (e.g., item received doesn't match the stated size).

How do I start a return?

Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you need a different size or colour, let us know and we'll arrange an exchange for you, subject to availability.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If there's a fault with the item or we sent the wrong product, we'll cover the return shipping.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method.

Are sale items returnable?

Yes, sale items can be returned following the same policy as regular-priced items, as long as they meet our return conditions. However, Archive Collection items are final sale (see below).

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Archive Collection Policy

What counts as a valid sizing issue for Archive Collection items?

A valid sizing issue means the item you received doesn't match the size stated on the label or product page. For example, if you ordered a Medium but received an item labelled and measuring as a Small. This does not include fit preference or choosing the wrong size.

What about printing variations on Archive Collection items?

Archive Collection items may have natural variations in printing, colour, or finish - this is part of their unique character and why they've been archived as final stock. Printing differences or variations do not warrant a return, as each piece is intentionally one-of-a-kind. These variations are stated in the Archive Collection product descriptions.
